Hello everyone! We moved to Jen's Pointe in early October, and after spending the past few weeks settling in, we wanted to take some time to get to know the community before sharing our thoughts. Reviews played a big role in helping us find this place, so it's important for us to provide an honest one. First and foremost, working with Jeff, the leasing agent, was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can confidently say we’ve never had a smoother or more pleasant move. His level of care, attention to detail, professionalism, and personable nature was a breath of fresh air. We genuinely believe that Jeff played a big part in making our transition and decision as enjoyable as it was. Our experience has been so positive that my partner even recommended the complex to his Uber driver, who was looking for a safe, well-maintained place for his family. He eagerly showed the driver around and suggested reaching out to Jeff directly! The apartment itself is beautiful—modern and polished, with high-tech appliances, including top-notch washer and dryers that have exceeded our expectations. Despite some concerns we read during our decision-making process about traffic or small washers, we’ve found those comments to be unfounded. The complex is peaceful, and the neighbors have been kind and respectful. Overall, Jen's Pointe is an incredible community, and we’re so grateful to call it home. Thank you, Jeff, for making our move such a pleasant experience. Your assistance was truly invaluable and unmatched!

"Jens Pointe: My Unexpected Gem" I stumbled upon Jens Pointe by chance and was immediately impressed. From the moment I met Jeff in the office, I knew I'd found the perfect place. The apartment itself is brand new and beautifully designed. I love the spacious layout, especially the high ceilings and the ability to fit all my oversized furniture without feeling cramped. Even though I initially thought I'd need a garage, I've found that I could fit everything inside. The amenities are top-notch, with a refreshing pool and a convenient outdoor fitness center. And the move-in special was the cherry on top. Jeff was amazing. He showed me 3 units to let me pick my favorite. I chose poolside, with the outdoor fitness equipment off my patio. Brandon, their maintenance helper even showed up to help me with a couple things that I couldn't do alone. Wendy is the bonus, she is so friendly, and accommodating. Overall, I'm thrilled with my decision to choose Jens Pointe. It's a fantastic community with friendly staff and modern features. I can't wait to settle in and make this place my "home!" I highly recommend Jens Pointe. If I could give 7 stars, I would! Dave Wood

Wendy is a warm and charming bonus behind the scenes. If I could give 7 stars I would! Join this fun community! Looking forward to summer BBQ's and pool parties.

Staff is super friendly and understanding, they go above and beyond to help with any inconvenience you may have. Apartments are quite and clean. I definitely recommend giving them a tour if you are looking for a place to live.

The staff here has been nothing but great to us. Wendy, Jessica and Jeff have answered all of our questions thoroughly and accurately. We feel very welcomed every time we walk into the office/ clubhouse. Brandon, the maintenance tech has been such a huge help for us, getting any and all of our work orders done quickly and efficiently. He’s very knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and has shown us what we can do as residents to prevent problems from happening within our home. I’m ecstatic to have these guys as our go-to’s and community leaders!

Jeff the leasing agent at Jen’s Point is awesome!! He helped my wife and I get into an awesome apartment! Jeff also stayed in contact with us through out the whole move in process and was very helpful every time I called with a question. I was able to get an oversized Garage to fit all my things into including an oversized vehicle!! They have some great move in specials right now. Brand new complex, never been lived in and better deals than the other new complex’s around the area!

From the onset of the Tour Jeff made me feel like this was home away from home. From the beautiful club house to the beautiful state of the art gym, to the pool and patio area it was like a dream home. Now to the home itself, I had done several other tours of new and older apartment homes in Vancouver, none had the finishing touches Jen's Pointe has! Not even close! Just have to come see for yourself, but I can tell you I moved in last week and this beautiful and quiet community here is perfect no matter what you are looking for. The superfast built in internet for gamers, or the cool quartz counters and sleek appliances for you home chefs! This place delivers and than some! The special they are offering made this a no brainer to make my new home! Everyone I show my place too wishes they were me and are jealous! Give these guys a call, I am not paid for this I just know that you have to come check this out to see I am not lying. This place is the real deal! Thanks again Jeff and team here! I love this place and hope to be here a very long time!

Very friendly leasing staff. Wendy, Jessica and Jeff were all so wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and were able to help me find the perfect home. These are the nicest and newest apartments I have seen in Vancouver and come with all the bells and whistles. I am excited to use the pool in the summer time and they have an awesome 24 hour fitness room. The main building is fob access and all of the apartments come with a patio or balcony with extra storage & AC. There appears to also be lots of parking here, which is AMAZING! Can't wait to move in! Don't forget to ask about their specials!
