Apartment hunting can be both fun and challenging! Finding an apartment that’s affordable, in a good location and up to your living standards are just the first things you need to worry about when choosing the perfect apartment. Whether you’re a first-time apartment renter, or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll want to ask some important questions before you sign a lease and collect your keys. We’ve put together the top twelve questions renters should ask property managers BEFORE signing a lease.

Do you have move in specials?

Yes! Specials are subject to change, so contact the office for details. 

Do you accept pets?

We are pet friendly. *Some restrictions and fees may apply. 

Are you a gated community?

We are not gated to drive in traffic, however,  the property is fenced. Amenity areas are controlled access. 

Do you have security?

We offer courtesy patrol 7 days a week. They are also available for emergency calls after 9pm. In case of a serious emergency, we encourage you call 911. 

Is there maintenance on site?

We have maintenance on site Mon- Friday during business hours and afterhours emergency on- call. 

How do utilities work?

Water, sewer, and trash (No Valet) are billed through a 3rd party and added to rent each month. This is calculated based on usage and occupant count. *Set up and billing fees may apply.
Electricity is billed through Clark Public Utilities. 

What amenities do you offer?

Amenities are our specialty! Residents get to enjoy a Seasonal Pool, BBQ and picnic area, 24 hour access to our fitness room, an outdoor fitness area, Play ground, 3 dog runs with waste stations, pet washing room, clubhouse, resident events, and much more!
