APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Vancouver

On November 22nd 2025 I moved into Jens Pointe🏠. What it took to get me here, to move in, was nothing short of a literal miracle! The entire office team is exceptional❣ I cannot begin to tell you how incredible they have been to me, how supportive and professional. It wasn't just renting to them. They actually cared about the situation of the fact that I have a brain tumor, and put me in the utmost perfect ground floor-end unit. What does this mean to me? Well for the first time in 18 months I'm sleeping in my own bed, not on my couch. I couldn't safely climb stairs or come back down safely either. My other Complex, was a second story, 2 story townhouse🤦‍♀️ it was miserable. I now have HUGE windows in my living room & master bedroom, very big walk in closets to hang clothes, place shoes & fully change in with a mirror on the door facing inward!! A perfect master bathroom & full huge guest bathroom. My sons room is huge, he also has a full walk-in closet. But just the sheer size made him eeek out, LOL The ceilings are 12ft high along with a WIDE hallway, the light fixtures are really pretty.The entry door is heavy, 10ft high and wide, the floors are really high quality & clean up super easy!! I'm SO happy to be carpet free, minus the 2 bedrooms. My kitchen is the perfect size. My fridge is big, super bright lit and I love it. It came with a built in microwave, it's perfection. The appliances are all GE. The counter tops are gorgeous and light in color. The halway linen closet is very,very big. Lots & lots of room for storage including your Costco TP/paper towels, vacuum, mop & bucket, dog food. My washer & dryer are front loading and side by side. My "laundry room" has plenty of room for my trash can, and shelf storage for my cleaning products. There is no shortage of storage, because there is also a locked security closet built in to my patio for storage also!! My English Springer Spaniel🐕 is LOVING "his" backyard area. It's fenced with 6ft rod iron fencing, he loves getting his hiking lead line on which allows him 20ft to go from the patio /flower bed where I hold the other end. Poop patrol is easy for him, he's picked his "spot" LoL He loves it! He's found a favorite tree 🌲to mark" He and the neighbors dog try to out pee each other on this tree LoL. He has also met other dog 🐶🐶friends here at our private property dog park!! There is also an indoor dog wash station!!💧💧 😍😍 My other best feathered friend, Gizmo an African Grey parrot has her very large cage in front of the huge living room window. We also have a really big pool here, with plenty of space for people to have chairs to watch your kids swim or hot tub. And for your New Years Resolution you can hop in the impressive gym , which we can use 24/7. I'm sure youre thinking this place is $$$$ in rent??? Nope, when I inquired for my 2bdrm/2bath it was a smidge under $1800 /with a fabulous move in special. I had shopped all over the area for specific things I was not negotiating on. Built in AC and a pool & great gym (because Physical Therapist comes here and works with me in the gym & pool in the Spring). So in all the apartments I looked at, these here at Jens Pointe had everything myself, my MD, PT & Neurologist/Neurosurgeon had hoped I was able to find. With all the amenities this place offers PLUS the INCREDIBLE PEOPLE🤩 and I mean INCREDIBLE🤩 people that as a team work together in the Office to welcome you into this community🥰 I'm here for the long haul. This is now finally a place Dublin, Gizmo, TC & I can call , HOME 🏠😍🐕🌲

I’ve lived in various apartments for much of my life, and even owned a house at one point. I can confidently say that Jen’s Pointe is the single best complex I’ve lived in. Management is phenomenal, maintenance issues are immediately addressed, and the complex itself is kept clean and well appointed. I’ve never heard any noise through my walls, and the neighbors are always kind. My apartment itself is very spacious and well built.

Moving here was such an easy and stress free process! Jessica was so awesome and made we feel very welcomed and made sure all my needs were met! 10/10 recommend Jen’s Pointe!

"Jens Pointe: My Unexpected Gem I stumbled upon Jens Pointe by chance and was immediately impressed. From the moment I met Jeff in the office, I knew I'd found the perfect place. The apartment itself is brand new and beautifully designed. I love the spacious layout, especially the high ceilings and the ability to fit all my furniture without feeling cramped. Even though I initially thought I'd need a garage, I've found that I could make it all fit! The amenities are top-notch, with a refreshing pool and a convenient outdoor fitness center. And the move-in special was the cherry on top. Overall, I'm thrilled with my decision to choose Jens Pointe. It's a fantastic community with friendly staff and modern features. Jeff was awesome and helped me pick the perfect unit. I had some great options. I am poolside with the outdoor gym out my back door. Brandon came over to graciously help me lift something. Wendy is a warm and charming bonus behind the scenes. If I could give 7 stars I would! Join this fun community! Looking forward to summer BBQ's and pool parties.

Staff is super friendly and understanding, they go above and beyond to help with any inconvenience you may have. Apartments are quite and clean. I definitely recommend giving them a tour if you are looking for a place to live.

The staff here has been nothing but great to us. Wendy, Jessica and Jeff have answered all of our questions thoroughly and accurately. We feel very welcomed every time we walk into the office/ clubhouse. Brandon, the maintenance tech has been such a huge help for us, getting any and all of our work orders done quickly and efficiently. He’s very knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and has shown us what we can do as residents to prevent problems from happening within our home. I’m ecstatic to have these guys as our go-to’s and community leaders!
